Successful Kick-off for E-COSMOS – We’re officially on the road! 🚀⚡

The entire E-COSMOS team came together for our first online kick-off meeting – and what an energetic and inspiring start it was!

Despite being spread across Italy and Serbia, the virtual room felt full of momentum, ideas, and shared excitement for the future of sustainable mobility.

During the meeting we:

• Officially introduced all partners: University of Genoa (UNIGE), Università di Pavia (UNIPV), University of Belgrade – School of Electrical Engineering (ETF) and University of Kragujevac (FINK)

• Presented the project vision: transforming EVs into active grid players through Vehicle-to-Grid (V2G) and Virtual Partitioning Management (VPM)

• Reviewed the 3-year roadmap (2025–2028), work packages, milestones and deliverables

• Had very fruitful first discussions on technical challenges and cross-disciplinary synergies
